Moisturizing Facial Toner: This toner is made with all-natural ingredients. Moisturizes and leaves skin hydrated and conditioned. Contains powerful actives such as wheat protein, aloe vera, hydrolyzed honey protein, sorbitol, allantoin, and optiphen. This complex of actives helps to nourish skin while improving its elasticity.
