We pay for your shipping on all orders in the continental United States. All of our packages are shipped via USPS (the post office) First Class Mail and USPS Priority mail. This shipping service provides tracking updates on orders nationwide; however, it does not provide tracking updates for international orders. We do not charge our customers handling fees.

When can I expect my items to arrive?
Shipping in the

            Continental United States usually takes up to one week to receive.

            International shipping can take anywhere from 1 week to 3 weeks to receive, depending on international customs.

What if my items have not arrived after the expected time period?
            1. You must allow enough time for the carrier to deliver your package. In the case of the USPS, it can take up to one week for national order and 3 weeks for international orders. Please wait the required amount of time before notifying us of an undelivered package.
            2. You must notify us by email if your package has not arrived, or if you received damaged merchandise.

Can you use a different Shipping method?
We can always ship your items using your preferred shipping carrier. Please note that: Any other shipping method besides USPS First Class mail (small packages), USPS Priority mail (large packages) and USPS International First Class Mail, will require you to pay for the entire shipping costs. If you would like to have your items shipped using another service, please email us with your request.

Guaranteed Delivery!
We guarantee that your package will be delivered to the address you provided to us. If your package is lost by the carrier, we'll replace it for FREE.
Every package we send has a USPS delivery confirmation number. This is our proof of delivery. If your package is lost, and the carrier cannot give us confirmation of delivery, we will send you a replacement of your order at no cost to you.
